Michael Andryca is a seasoned professional serving as Vice President at Taiber Kosmala & Associates, LLC, where he plays a pivotal role in the trading and technology division. With an impressive 20-year background in financial services and financial technology, Michael brings valuable expertise from both brokerage operations and the startup fintech industry.
Before his tenure at Taiber Kosmala & Associates, Michael worked at SMArtX Advisory Solutions, where he held the position of Senior Specialist. His multifaceted roles at the turnkey asset management program included trading, client support, and business and technology development. Additionally, he garnered experience in various back and middle office positions at institutions such as B. Riley FBR, Morgan Stanley, and UniCredit Investment Bank/UniCredit Capital Markets.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in both International Business and Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he was a member of the baseball team. He holds a Series 99 – Operations Professional certification. Beyond work, Michael is passionate about outdoor activities, fitness, and community-focused volunteer work.
