Ritiele Koontz brings to Taiber Kosmala & Associates, LLC over five years of customer success experience spanning multiple industries including financial services, energy consulting, and travel booking.
She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense in Brazil.
She has also worked as a volunteer firefighter, lifeguard, and au pair, demonstrating her dedication to service and helping other and love for adventure.
In her free time, she enjoys water sports, working out, and shooting pool.
